Anyway to control Deployments/Daemonsets/Pods offhours

Hi all, I am looking for a way of independently from Compute Instances control discovery how to stop and start Replica sets, autoscale, and stateful pods/deployments inside Kubernetes / GKE Clusters.

I was thinking in USE this https://github.com/cloud-custodian/cloud-custodian/blob/master/c7n/actions/autoscaling.py

But that is only available for EC2/Compute instances.
