Overview

April was productive in that we continued to push forwarded on a number of initiatives that will benefit the community. We have seen an increase in community activity with all that is going on and hopefully we can continue to see this grow.

These initiatives include the following:

• Completing the launch of DAO staking with DCDAO on InvArch and Tinkernet
• Helping to complete the distribution of $PINK to the community
• Helping David and Ambassadors spread the word on the Snowswap KTON LP farm
• Continuing to push forward the listing of RING on HydraDX

New initiatives:

• Keeping focused on current initiatives before developing additional ones

Twitter
Curating tweets for DCDAO covering different events that occurred.

Weekly Discord Quiz Game
Quiz Games # 19, # 20, # 21 and # 22 were run on Discord with a typical 20 or so members joining.

Weekly News
Working with June, our DCDAO Advocate, to collate weekly news that is then posted on the DCDAO Twitter account.

Monthly DCDAO Update
Working with June and David on a monthly medium article summarizing what happened with DCDAO the previous month.

#Community Management

• Continued to engage and help our community members with staking and migration.
• Continued working with our current Ambassadors to support the community when they needed help.
• Continued to support Helix and their Discord.
• Working with David to grow the DCDAO Advocates.
• Talking with a possible Ambassador candidate and working to evaluate them.
• Continued to work with June to develop content for DCDAO to post and to highlight information around Darwinia.

May Plan

I expect to be doing the following:

• DCDAO to host Quizzes each week
• Continued engagement with the Community
• Continue Weekly News
• Continue to develop the Advocate program and recruit more Advocates with David's help
• Work on adding 1 new Ambassador
• Continued management of the Ambassador and Advocate programs
• Manage the DAO staking and initial rewards distribution
• Continue to move the HydraDX Omnipool listing effort forward
• Possible Twitter Space with Dakota of InvArch
• Twitter Space appearance for the InvArch community to discuss Darwinia and DCDAO
• Posting discussion for minor restructuring of the Ambassadors
• Work with Avail Cross-community airdrop.
