Find a way to manage people access to the external services used in the DBGI project

As we use different external ressources as postgres, google drive, switch drive, ... it would be good to find a way to easily manage the access to these ressources. The first idea we have is to use multiple password managers with each time different accesses to respect the established hierarchy for each person working on the project.
