Problems with pnpm build

When I run git clone and checkout at the current branch, I can run and start the server, but when I add a plugin in my character file, I can't run build anymore.
I getting this errors:

I can't install the plugins with npm i, when I try I get this erros:

npm error code EUNSUPPORTEDPROTOCOL
npm error Unsupported URL Type "workspace:": workspace:*

Same issue. I can't pnpm build anymore.
