I just realized that the identity creation service (IDS) can be a bottle neck for the flag evaluation service. The high traffic nature of the flag evaluation service, will require us to design the IDS with a processing queue.
Here's a potential way we could design the trait catalogue (which is part of the identity service). Actually now that I think about it, we probably should split trait cataloging stuff into a new service (i.e trait service).
