A few weeks ago I was receiving Unhashable Type: "dict" when scanning in files. The solution at the time was to load the files into Audacity, resample them to 44.1 and export again. That wasn't too bad because there were only a few of them.
This time around, the problem has resurfaced with playlists.
Files which have previously been scanned successfully, are visible in music assistant and will play when selected... are causing this error if they are in a playlist. The net result is that the playlist stops importing.
My music collection is in excess of 35,000 files and I've got no way of finding out which of my files are an issue unless I create a mahooosive playlist with every file in it and then keep trying to import it until I've rooted out all the files.
However... and this is the problem... I could easily find myself in the problem again in the future when I have more files and they fall foul. I've got no reliable way of knowing.
I am coming to the conclusion that the best way to tackle this is within Music Assistant itself. I've got an example file uploaded here... https://msknight.com/example/
I'd be grateful for people's thoughts on this please, because I feel like I'm facing an impossible situation which I can never really resolve until I find out, by chance, that something has failed.
