how to data update workspace

I use code generator to creat a embeded code. In workspace.c, Matrix A , P and linsys_solve are generated, but they are not the same as original A and P. So I regenerated the source with scaling=0. Now,A and P come to be the same as the original data. But linsys_solve changed when the original A or P changed, while i can't manually refresh them in workspace. Does it matter if i just alter A and P,without change linsys_solve manually?
