Postal does not have that as an error message so it means your psrp CNAME is not pointing at your Postal server or you have something else in the way. As you can see in the documentation https://docs.postalserver.io/other/auto-responders-and-bounces you should not need to be directly interested in the bounces, Postal should be able to handle it and let you know via webhook. |

Hello Team,
When I send an email to one of my recipients who is out of office and enabled his email to send an automated reply to incoming messages on rerun-path. No auto response emails are received to us from the recipient, also my recipient got a bounce/error message as shown below;
So, Can anyone please let me know whether it is a lack of a feature with postal or any reconfiguration made on my end?
Also, please let me know If there is any particular setting that will allow me to have the emails forwarded from
[email protected]
or to have a custom bounce address like[email protected]
, instead of[email protected]
.Or, let me know on how to make
[email protected]
as a valid email address to receive incoming emails like auto responses.Thank you in advance!
