RRA Final review and certification

EBM v2 is implemented 90% we just need to compile everything for certification here is the flow

• A user request to add EBM by submitting his TIN number by going through settings in Flipper
• Data is submitted to db.yegobox.com for review and the manual process required for the customer to be onboarded on EBM
• If approved a boolean value will be triggered so the next time everything is reported on EBM e.g when completing the sale a receipt will be generated and data will be submitted to RRA
• Same when a new product is added, its stock will also be reported to RRA
• if a customer purchase something it will be the same

The task is to evaluate the current implementation and see if everything is working as expected by RRA

The setting need to be revisited as the old implementation used firestore to store requests and we have removed due to how it add compiling time to the build plus we might be tempted to use it as database :)
