Create an option to make a backend or the whole FileSystem case insensitive

There are scenarios when we need to emulate a File System that is case insensitive, so would be nice to have a flag for this both in global level or in particular backend.

You can simulate this by using String.toLowerCase with file paths. Unfortunately, this would be to cumbersome to implement and introduce unneeded complexity if done internally. Additionally, this would diverge from the standard and well-defined POSIX behavior common across every modern operating system in regular use, with the exception of Windows and NTFS.

I can simulate with toLowerCase() only on InMemory, but if I use Zip, I can't. But thanks, I will see what can I do. Maybe fork Zip and try to do it myself.
