I am second to this. Orgzly Agenda-type searches and Widgets will become much useful without this noise of empty days!

I vote for this too, and I think it would be even more useful if "empty" days are not just hidden but indicated by a placeholder that takes up little vertical space, like a thin horizontal line. That way I could see at a glance that I have an item on my plate today, then five days nothing, then again a day with an item.

Perhaps rather than a horizontal line, one dot for each day with no notes, so you can get a quick visual on how long the gap is (without it taking up any extra vertical space besides that needed for one line).
