How to mention + how to use sendMessageOptions

Question one

I tried using this method from the manual to mention someone

// Send message with options
await client.sendMentioned(
         '[email protected]',
         'Hello @5218113130740 and @5218243160777!',
         ['5218113130740', '5218243160777']
      ).
        .then((retorno) => {
          resp = retorno;
        })
        .catch((e) => {
          console.log(e);
        });

but it doesn't work, I also tried using the "@c_us" in both the array and the msg content but no use, An explanation with an example would be appreciated

I do not understand how to use this function
