Describe the bug

When having both an OIDC provider and some other method (e.g. password) enabled, submitting the flow without an email address, shows the missing email error message, but hides the OIDC buttons.

Reproducing the bug

1. configure password & one OIDC provider
2. Go to login page
3. Submit page (flow) without the identifier
