Properly provision RMI data for use by ITR tool:

Standard Data Governance checklist:

  • License terms
  • Attach metadata so data can be found automatically by ITR tool
  • Documentation of data lineage
  • Data access management rules (if not permissive license)
  • Data steward identified

Dataset specific checklist:

  • Historical emissions intensity and production values
  • Target emissions intensity and production values
  • LEI/Issuer hierarchy for all companies
  • Sector/Region classification for all companies
  • Financial metrics (Revenues, EV, Debt, Cash, Market Cap, Assets, Income)
  • Units of Measurement
  • Data ingestion sanity checks added to test suite (schema correctly created, available, rows of data, etc)
