refactor: switch to rust

@THEGOLDENPRO as you planned to switch to rust after the python version is done, i think we should just do it now.

I could use this as my learning project for rust and osaka-lang would be fast 🔥.

how about if we write OsakerASM in rust, then we write osaker-lang in OsakerASM. Yes I really said, osaker assembly.

OSAKA HAS GOTTEN TO ME!!! HAHAHAHAAA, I'M VERY STABLE RN HAHAHAHA

yeah I really do want to write osaker-lang in rust but I think we should finish what we started first, like at least finish the implementation of importing modules then I'll probably start a new project like rust-osaker but I'm busy with other projects at the moment so this will all have to wait.
