stivale_barebones: Reconsidering bare bones format

The Stivale barebones page consists mostly of code, that seems mostly copied directly from here. This seems like duplicated effort to me. I believe we should reconsider the barebones format. Having code like this embedded in a wiki page is hard to maintain. If we need extensive code examples, we should link to a separate repository, so that it is easier to update and test the code when necessary. Readers will realistically just clone the repository anyways, instead of typing everything in manually. The article should just link to the repository and contain some instructions and at most quote individual sections of the code.
