The northwest part of the US state of Georgia fails to update the Mapillary analyser because this URL on Osmose's server doesn't exist:
http://proxy.osmose.openstreetmap.fr/mapillary/mapillary_signs-usa_georgia_northwest.csv.bz2

All other extracts of this state seem to work as intended. However, the northwest region fails for about 5 months now.
Probably related to f300974, or osm-fr/osm-extract-replication#1 , because the file with the typo northweast exists on the server.

I assume this is fully server-side? @jocelynj @frodrigo
I can't find anything on github about this resource.

Mapillary data was splited once according to the Osmose config at this time. And never updated.

As we never got Mapillary update, I'm not sure if just need to remove completely Mapillary, or redo a split.
