Description

Trying to add "bench" to custom search does not work, and search with that profile does not find amenity=bench of which there are plenty.

Video:

Steps to reproduce

  1. open search
  2. choose "Categories"
  3. choose "Custom search"
  4. search for "bench"
  5. select both "Bench" and "Youth bench"
  6. click "Add"
  7. search for "bench" again

Actual result

  1. only "Youth bench" is selected!

Expected result

I would expect that both "Bench" and "Youth bench" were selected!

Your Environment (required)

OsmAnd Version: OsmAnd~ 4.9.10 (F-droid)
Android version: 14
Device model: Samsung Galaxy S23+
Crash-Logs: no

Interestingly, on another device (running Android 11) same OsmAnd version, it works.

However, I've noticed that for some reason, "Bench" is listed as "Leisure" and not a "Service" like there?

that working device has only Croatian map installed, while the problematic one has Croatia (and daily updates) and several surrounding countries installed (if that matters) as well as much more features enabled (as that is my main phone).

The bug was not reproduced. Here are the steps I followed:

  1. Open Search in OsmAnd.
  2. Select Categories.
  3. Choose Custom search.
  4. Search for "Bench".
  5. Select both "Bench" and "Youth Bench".
  6. Click "Add".
  7. Tap the Show button and select Save.
  8. Enter a name for the new category.
  9. The filter appears in the Categories tab list within the Search tool.
  10. Select this filter in the search, review the search results, and view them on the map.
  11. Open a saved Custom category and go to the search results screen.
  12. Tap the Filter icon next to Show on Map to open the Filters screen.
  13. Tap the three-dot menu and select Edit filter.

Result: Both "Bench" and "Youth Bench" were successfully added to the Custom search.

Could you please confirm if you followed these exact steps?
