Right now https://nsi.guide/ is difficult to use on a phone.
For example, when you zoom in just a bit to search you then can't see results.
Also, would be great that if there are no results it shows click here to suggest it. By opening a GitHub issue.
On a side note, could also be nice to show wikidata/Wikipedia search results when there are no entries in NSI. A quick tap to suggest it if there already is an entry in Wikipedia.
