Nick Bolten receives the Husky Seed Fund for his work on UW's OpenSideWalks project. Nick's project is adding Seattle sidewalks, crosswalks and curb cuts to OpenStreetMap. Earlier this year his team launched AccessMap to help people with limited mobility find a suitable route to their destination. This work will be especially useful when the 2018 Special Olympics USA comes to the UW Seattle campus.

Nick has involved members of the local OSM community in Seattle to make this project a success.
