ossec installed but connecting strange

i had install ossec server and agent but when i use the command "netstat -an" ,i found some strange connect:
server:

agent:

as you see,the server ip is 172.16.71.108 and the agent ip is 172.16.72.217,but Confuse me is 172.16.22.8,i don't know the ip is what,and another ip 10.66.6.211 are more confused me
we know 1514 is the port connect agent and server ,but why not is the agent's ip connect to the server's ip
This confused me for a long time
