Multiple Store views

In light of #25 and multi-store setups. Should we allow multiple menus to be created with the same identifier but where the identifier must be unique when used within the same scope. This is how things like static blocks are done and will avoid having to create templates in child themes purely to change the identifier of the menu blocks.
