Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I recently migrated from Nextcloud to ownCloud Infinite Scale (OCIS) and have been impressed by the platform's performance and simplicity. However, I noticed that OCIS currently doesn't support installing additional apps, such as a password manager.
In Nextcloud, I extensively used the password manager app, which allowed me to securely store and manage my passwords within the ecosystem. Its absence in OCIS creates a significant gap in usability and functionality, especially for users transitioning from platforms like Nextcloud.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like OCIS to support the installation of third-party apps, starting with a password manager or similar tools. Ideally, this could be implemented through a streamlined app installation process, either via a built-in app store or manual app management similar to ownCloud 10 or Nextcloud.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Continuing to use Nextcloud, though I prefer the scalability and modern architecture of OCIS.
Using external password management tools, but this lacks the seamless integration and security of managing passwords directly within OCIS.
Additional context
Adding app support (even as an optional feature) would make OCIS more versatile and appealing to users migrating from other platforms. It would also address a wider range of use cases and enhance the overall user experience.
Thank you for your consideration!
