well me and a friend are trying to write each other some stuff, but everytime if i get a TEXT from him, its just "(user)." i don't know why it does that, i am tried EVERYTHING but its still a big problem :/

Hello, i have the same issue. As i know, it can be caused by using AIM ver 3 and above. Still experiencing this problem, analysing code gives nothing,

Analysed. The AIM2.x uses code with dots (idk why), and AIM 3.x without it.
