NAME

Knitted::Dishcloth - A knitted dishcloth with a camel motif

DESCRIPTION

These are complete instructions for knitting your own dishcloth. It's a basic rectangle with a seed stitch border and stockinette field. A camel motif is rendered in the center in reverse stockinette.

Gauge is not important. Using the yarn and needles listed below, I got a cloth about 7.5 inches (19 cm) wide by 8.5 inches (21.5 cm) high.

MATERIALS

YARN

Approximately 90 yards (82 m) of worsted weight cotton yarn. That's less than one ball of Lily Sugar 'N Cream (I used colorway #18083, Cornflower) or similar.

NEEDLES

One pair US #7 (4.5 mm) straight knitting needles.
