Here are 3 ICC effect profiles, which have the meta tag set with EFFECT_linear:yes for getting accepted as a VCGT filter in oyranos-monitor-white-point tool. It can be set like:
oyranos-monitor-white-point --night-effect L_Invert_v1_oyra.icc # with daemon during night time
or
oyranos-config -s org/freedesktop/openicc/profile/effect:L_Invert_v1_oyra.icc

A fourth profile with sepia effect is not accepted for VCGT inclusion, as it works on CIE*ab table and not on RGB 1D curves. Of course that one is accepted by the ICC color server.
