Deploy the new lcm2CreateProfileLutByMatrixAndCurves() API to generate gray, b&w, contrast and other effect profiles for oyranos-night-manager to better support HDR content.

Can not test much but should be fine.
Some profiles need clipping to be meaningful. These are essentially lightness manipulating effects like Black and White or Contrast.
Still needs publishing.
