It makes things easier, if you can check my availability for a meeting. You can also use this calendar file to embed my programme into your calendar app.

1.Check my schedule above and find a suitable slot.
2.Create an event in your calendar program and send me an event invitation (.ics file):
a) using Gmail
b) using Outlook
3.If I am available, I'll accept your invitation and it will be added to my calendar automatically. If not, I'll propose an alternative time.
