How do I delete user fields?

For what I'm building these field's not necessary.

Can I remove them from files without crashing the site and also if I can, what is the path to the correct file?

Also, I want to change the "like" or "not like" with thumbs. How to remove those?

Review and thoughts:
The software is one of the best opensources I've come across and I've tried and worked with hundreds. I am sorry to jump in here and ask of your help without even a fair introduction. Sometimes we forget to credit the creators and the time they put in, already helping others.
I know you all do amazing work.

I guess the reason we just throw ourselves on creators and ask for help, is (at least for me) because of frustration of working with other people's softwares. It's like literally messing around in people's heads looking for stuff. Every software is so different in core no matter programming language. Functions look the same "but where did he put the...?"
I'd appreciate help :)
