[BUG] Modern Warfare SWEPS don't show the models

Description of the problem
Modern warfare sweps weapon don't show the models or the arms nothing they only appear on the config panel.
this is the config panel

The gun doesn't appear ingame:

Also the models work when i unload the cheat as to i don't know what's troubling it

Expected behavior
To work with the cheat on as like this when i unload the cheat:

Server IP (if needed):
Local host and peer to peer ig?

Model pack:

Conclusion:
If you give time to fix it it would be awesome! and the only settings i have on is just aimbot and bhop tho
