Empty fields need to be blanked out #1

When you switch from one to another of the previously-submitted resources, any fields that do not appear in the newly-selected record need to be blanked out on the form, including the image.

Also, there needs to be a way to blank out the image if you no longer want an image associated with that record.

The first part of this issue has been fixed.
