Add with_context qualifier to have_authorized_scope matcher.

I have this policy:

class PostPolicy < ApplicationPolicy
  authorize :blog
  
  scope_for :active_record_relation do |relation|
    relation.where ... # some query using `blog` here
  end
end

On my controller:

def index
  posts = authorized_scope(Post.all, context: {blog: blog})
  
  ...
end

Would be nice to ensure context when testing:

blog = create(:blog)
expect do
  get posts_path(blog)
end.to have_authorized_scope(:active_record_relation)
  .with(PostPolicy)
  .with_context(blog: blog) # <= here
  .with_target { |it| expect(it).to eq Post.all }
