Error on new certbot

Debian 11 with certbot 1.12.0

Plugin legacy name certbot-dns-powerdns:dns-powerdns may be removed in a future version. Please use dns-powerdns instead.

Thank you for approaching us with this problem. I found where the message came from:

but I still can't decide what it means for the 3rd party plugin support, as we are actively using powerdns plugin and there is no alternative within the Certbot repo itself.

It is still working, but i was a little bit shocked about the message :-)

According to this issue and MR, Certbot team moved away from the 3rd party plugin prefixes, and now plugins can be used without the prefix. However I haven't tested it
certbot/certbot#4351

@viralpoetry that's good news. This issue was raised in 2019 and they finally addressed it 🎉
