Panda Sky Templates should include tags for AWS Resources.

The following is from Lance in a slack conversation

project:dingomaps
environment:production
role:proxy
app:nginx
owner:lance

The 2 most important and useful tags are project and environment
Other tags are sometimes helpful to narrow things down, keep track of things, or even to manipulate things
