Release v0.18

This release solidifies the previous (beta) release and marks it as final. No new changes to the codebase occurred since v0.18b1.

Release 0.17

• Added a tag attribute to set an application name for each monitored file
• Defaults to a maximum message length of 99990 bytes for TCP or TCP/TLS connections. This is the maximum allowed by Papertrail

Release 0.15

• Remote_syslog2 now waits for a newline character before transmitting a log line
• Connection attempts and socket writes now have a 30 second timeout by default. Both values are configurable via connect_timeout & write_timeout directives
• A stack trace can be generated by sending a USR1 signal to the process
• Continues running if the first connection attempt fails
