Version management

There are multiple versions out of date. Versioning should be something that's done in the release process, e.g. derived from git tags, e.g. git describe --tags.

There are other 1.1.0 version constraints in the style for example.

I need to improve the release process, at the very least.

Version in latest 1.1.4 release is wrong again, still 1.1.3.

Next one: https://github.com/paragonie/airship/blob/master/src/config/manifest.json, we're at 1.2.4, not 1.2.0.
