A web application developed using PHP,CSS & MySQL for an e-commerce website which sells electronic items.

Instructions to run the project on a local server

Step 1 : Install and setup a php,sql server software***

This guide has instructions on how to install and configure WAMPserver. But if you are not using windows as your operating system you will need a server which supports that particular OS.

Step 2 : Clone the git repo to the www directory

For this copy and paste the following code on gitbash or terminal.

git clone https://github.com/HasiniSama/microtech-website

Step 3 : configure the database

Use microtech.sql to configure the database using the mysql server software of your choice (WAMP,MAMP etc.).

Step 4 : Use the configured php server to run the project
