Move getFile and getStatement call of src/roseSupport/transformationSupport.h/C to SageInterface

The functions such as getFile(), getStatement(), etc are handy functions that should go to SageInterface if the SageInterface does not provide equivalent functions. They are currently in src/roseSupport/transformationSupport.h/C. The cleanup should move this. Leave this issue here so we can do this later.
