A license should be decided upon and used in this project.

It's not clear to me that we need to license it to anybody else. And again, this is something that should go in documentation in the project repo, not discussion that should be in GitHub's proprietary issues database. However, it's reasonable to leave this issue open until we get it resolved and documented.

Don't agree. Like all software projects, we need a policy on this ASAP.
