Submitting email form results in a 405 error in some cases. #78

If the website is viewed on github pages instead of netlify, the email submission form results in a 405 error.

I was on this page: https://patio-coop.github.io/patio-homepage/#get-in-touch. Linked from here and here and attempted to submit the email form which results in a 405 error.

This works properly when the site is accessed via https://patio.coop/#get-in-touch.

The github pages site should redirect to http://patio.coop.
