4:3 screen pdf make option request #59

The screen pdf format file doesn't fit screen well, because most e-readers
such as iPad, kindle, etc. holds a screen of 4:3, which makes the "screen pdf" hard to fit the screen. Could you please provide 4:3 version screen pdf file or a compilation option in makefile? Thank You!

I forked and made a 4:3 copy (may contains problems during handling equations or code)
