Create Stellar Identity Component

This will store aspects of a stellar users identity on the Stellar-Wallet. Including: a users home address.
This will be stored in encrypted storage, giving users complete control over there data, while in the extension.

As a stretch goal this could integrate with a KYC Solution to keep track of KYC info cross application
