Still experimental?

Is this cinderblock still considered experimental? I'm looking to use FFMPEG as a video player for a project I'm working on, and thought I'd use this block as a headstart -- if I had an idea of what was experimental / what could use more attention, that'd be super useful! I'd even be happy to merge any fixes back into the main branch if that's helpful!

Hi @morphogencc, Nathan,

I made this repository public in the hopes it would be useful, but I don't have the time to actively update and support it. It also hasn't been thoroughly tested in a production environment, which is why I consider this code "experimental".
