После перезагрузке долго работающей программы сразу восстанавливаются подсоединения и скачивания.
Такое наблюдалось не один раз.
Систематических наблюдений не вёл, к сожалению.
Система Windows 7 Ultimate, SSD+HDD, 16 гигабайт памяти/
