Redirecting to last step

When the payment is canceled, the plugin redirects to the last step of the checkout instead of the first one

Cart is unset instead of creating a new one

This was causing an empty cart to be created every time someone ordered

Better currency support

Fees are now correctly converted to the used currency
Min and max amount for paymentmethods are now correctly calculated when using a different currency
Added a reorder function for canceled orders when validate on start is enabled

Total paid real

Total paid real was counted double when using a payment fee.

Preventing incorrect cancelling

When an order is paid with another payment method, or a banktransfer is still pending.
The order is no longer canceled.

Fixed issue with empty carts

If a payment was confirmed later than the customer was returned to the website.
The cart was still available. Changes to the cart caused the order status update to fail.

Klarna fix

The plugin now correctly handles the authorize status for klarna transactions.

Not processing order on return

Order now only gets processed on exchange, because of problems with Bancontact

Tax class calculation

Fixed tax class calculation.
Prefix setting was not correctly loaded in the settings
