Currently, the analysis loops can only be started from command-line options. It should be possible to start the GUI, select input/output files, then run. Move the code that starts the various loops from TGRUTint::ApplyOptions into a separate function. Call this function both from TGRUTint::ApplyOptions and from the GUI.
