Upgrades not working

I just installed this mod, when I type /rpg it works and shows everything, but when I upgrade something there is not effect in the game, I don't understand why.

Which game? Which upgrade did you test and what did you expect to happen? How did you test the upgrades?

CSGO, I tested every upgrade on the menu on my private server, I wrote /rpg and put on some upgrades, but none of them worked, there was no effect, like I played vanilla server.

found a solution? mine dosent have any effect also, even with upgrades made up to 50 levels
