Lucky Devil gives players a random weapon at the beginning of a round.
Level 1 - Gives you a 20% Chance for a better pistol and a 5% chance for a shotgun
Level 2 - Gives you a 40% chance for a better pistol and a 10% chance for a shotgun and 5% chance for an smg
...
Level 5 - 80% pistol, 40% shotgun, 20% smg, 10% rifle, 5% awp, 5% mg (for example)
You could rank weapons based on their category and price and should be able to define the values in a cfg.
Also the upgrade should be disabled on certain maps (like knives only or HE wars) which could be set in a cfg.
This upgrade would be especially useful on maps without buyzones and might even allow players to get weapons for the opposing team (toggleable).
