per ravenac95/sudolikeaboss#42 and @m4rkw, create a simple password program (slabpw) that can eventually do something like gpg-agent, and make a harder attack surface for local code.

PR #3 closes this, mostly - since it's now a macOS problem. The only thing we could do is add slabpw to set/update/delete the password out of the keychain to help onboarding/maintenance..
