Geofavorites gone on Android-App after delete and readd account!

Setup: Nextcloud(pi) 29.x.x with newest maps-app ~ Android 9/11/15 also with newest nextcloud-apps

In preparation of a new phone I deleted the nextcloud account login on the phone for a real deep cleanup and to change autobackup seetings - looked like the easiest way against blocking/stopping every app one-by-one.
After all work was done I recreated the login of old account at the old phone!
Now I no longer have acces via this app to any saved Geofavorites - but they still exist at the server.
Any hints how to solve this oder anything I should post to identify this hickup?

PS: Would really be nice to be able to share/export Geofavorites ...
